Changes in JSDL trackers

* I have set up a new tracker for JSDL 1.0 errata. If you find something that you think is a 1.0 bug please submit it to this tracker: https://forge.gridforum.org/sf/tracker/do/listArtifacts/projects.jsdl-wg/tr… (And this closes the action I had from GGF17 to setup such a tracker.) * I have renamed the 'jsdl-post-v1' tracker to 'JSDL Feature Requests'. Telecon Schedule before OGSA f2f

All, We have two possible dates for a telecon before the OGSA f2f. These are the 5th and the 12th July. Donal can't make the 5th and this is close to the 4th July celebrations in the states. We need some results for queries. Andreas: To chase up Naregi People. Two issues previously identified. Andreas: To write up as straw man document. Ivan: Still to come up with use cases. Andreas: Experimental status? namespace: jsdl-experimental Also list them on the grid-jsdl.org webpage namespace experimental.grid-jsdl.org Give people space on the Wiki after a presentation at a JSDL event 2) Parameter Sweep application extension. After the opportunity for everyone to read the proposal sent out by Michel and the revised examples. Michel is comming up with a second draft which is quite different. Andreas: Need to scope out exactly what we want this to do Need some use cases and senarios Donal: Some sort of XSLT mangaler? Andreas: Do we say where people put things? Donal: Lets see what happens The outermost xsd:any - what should go there? Not clear if we can say that yet. 3) Further discussion of how we will deal with a base profile for JSDL. Dear All, At the last JSDL telecon we decided that the next telecon would tentatively be set for Wednesday 28th June at 1400 GMT (normal time). At present we have some but not a lot of material to discuss at this call. Below is the current agenda. In fact I have some doubts regarding the JSDL extension for parallel jobs discussed in the last GGF17. I imagine the MPIApplication is the current proposal for this extension. I suppose the group is looking for specific solutions instead of very general parallel applications. Today I will be able to attend the teleconf and I propose some discussion about how to fit requirements to the MPIApplication, maybe this extension is very closed to the required part for general parallel applications but some other specification could be optional. Maybe an addicional extension just for to MPI+OpenMP applications in which the MPI part would be the MPIApplication extension could be possible? Just one thing more, is planned to discuss the definitive Parallel Job Extension in next GGF18 in Washington?
