It would be good to have good engagement from OGF work groups and generally interested parties in this effort, which is a good match to OGF’s traditional interests, alignment, and capabilities.

This is a reminder that tomorrow August 31st at 10:00 am EST will be the kick-off meeting for the new effort to make workloads and services mobile across clouds (Cloud Federation) involving the combined efforts of NIST and the IEEE. Please see the attached agenda for meeting information. This meeting is open to all interested parties, so if you are interested in interoperability between cloud services please join us.
To facilitate this meeting, an additional call information option has been added for tomorrows call. This new call information will make use of join.mehttp://join.me/ in order to be able to share power point slides with those who have internet access.
