There has been no discussion beyond the brain storming and some discussions in Barcelona. I did not take the minutes for that session. Nothing to my recollection in terms of strawman API's. In Barcelona there was more interest in defining a set of command line tools to access and query an endpoint. An HPCBP equivalent to qsub, qstat and qdel that an application ISV would shell out to send input and parse generated output. Within these commands we could define some APIs as well.
