Hi David, I see what you are saying and I did consider that. The glossary term implied a "many to one" or "one to one" situation - one provider. What I was suggesting is a "one to many" situation which is very likely. So the situation where you have multiple providers accepting to an agreement (which at a higher level may be a single contract between domains) is still a "one to many" situation that the glossary term should cover. 'Official' Dinner: - Some people are leaving as early as Tuesday so the first choice is Monday, with Tuesday in second place. * GGF18 - F2F on Friday 9/15 update - Jay has booked a room in an IBM facility within walking distance from the GGF18 hotel (5 blocks). - It is a secure facility and attendees names have to given at least 48 hours in advance. - The room can hold 22 people and has a network connection. - Agreed to pick the IBM facility due to its location -- close to the hotel. (Northorp Grumman location would have required a tube ride). * CDDLM update - Jun will review and correct Hiro's CDL by the F2F session - The post deployment CDL can be retrieved by invoking an operation on 'system' (query using xpath). - Jun will provide the name of the operation and a simple example document showing executable, environment variables. - Hiro will make some minor changes to the sequences to incorporate the above data by the Thursday review. * Basic Security Profile PC review - postponed

Hi Jem/Andreas, A quick comment: In the glossary#Agreement why is the object of the relationship the delivery of a service by *only one* of the parties? Couldn't it be "one or more" since there can be alternates for the same service, multipart agreements or aggregated services? It is possible that GRAAP choose the single party to simplify the management of agreements but this case is a subset of what the term can represent. Agree? Thanks! The Glossary has the following definition of "endpoint": "Endpoint: A Web Service endpoint to which a client may bind in order to consume a service." So an endpoint is an endpoint. Hmm. Actually, there is a reference to the detailed definition given by the W3C so this entry isn't as circular as it first seems. I still think the phrasing could be improved. Also, to be really petty, the W3C term is "end point" (with a space). How about: "Endpoint: A specific location to which a client may bind in order to access a Web Service, using a specific protocol and data format." Dave. P.S. Version 7 of the information modeling guidelines
