All, Attached is the DRAFT charter for the OGSA ByteIO WG, to be discussed at the BOF in Korea. I have appended draft answers to the GFSG's 7 questions. The key activity at this stage is to encourage people to attend the BOF and commit to doing the work. I will mail the co-chairs of the GFS, GSM, InfoD and DAIS WGs.
