Please find the updated version of the document (Note: the rtf version loose the automatic contents generation, then I added by hand the section 1.3).

Eddy, Abdelkader and Frederic, really thanks for the update! I have fixed some small problems for the format and converted the document to a pdf file this time. Then, it is time for the final check in this WG. In the week, I will ask Hidemoto to submit the document to the committee. Any comments will be appreciated during this week.

PS: Just for the fun, find the log result in log.gz file of standard_test.c with DIET.
