GLUE 2.1 draft ready for internal comments

There is one link I wasn't able to find: Open Grid Forum reference Model 2.0. For some other documents, I found them into https://redmine.ogf.org/projects/glue-wg , I don't know if there is a more official link... please verify all the links - If I've well understood, in the list of authors we should include only the people contributing to this version, shouldn't we? Glue 2.1 draft as implemented in XSEDE

This is a note by way of saying that XSEDE has just released a new version of IPF, our Information publishing framework that publishes data about XSEDE resources in a Glue2 schema. The new version, 1.4, publishes Accelerator information (at least for resources using SLURM—it hasn’t been implemented for all schedulers), based off of an earlier draft of the Glue2.1 draft spec. It appears to me that what has changed between that version of the 2.1 draft and the current 2.1 draft are cosmetic differences—some of the new entities have different names in the most recent draft. I will update IPF to publish under the 2.1 standard once it is final (IPF 1.4 was too far along in the testing process by the time I realized there were changes to make it practicable to make the schema changes for this release). StorageSharePath multiplicity requested by Atlas

Hi Paul, some time ago, after collecting the feedback from the Atlas community, you proposed to change the multiplicity of StorageSharePath from "0..1" to "0..*" This is the Stephen's comment about this change: "it still isn't clear to me that multiplicity * makes sense. This is supposed to be a default path, if there are several you don't know which to use. Also if there is any software using this (possibly not) it would expect a unique result and probably break if it got more than one. If this is really wanted I would say add a new multivalued attribute Paths or OtherPaths."
