posted draft r21 and bit-order-features 3.1
I've posted revised draft of the spec r21 (has changes to DFDL Standard Character sets per call today) I also made corrections to dfdl:byteOrder - added missing binary booleans as one of the things byteOrder applies to, and removed sequence, choice, group from things that can carry the byteOrder property. Having done these fixes I realized this probably requires an erratum actually. r21 is at http://redmine.ogf.org/dmsf_files/13318 I've posted bit-order-features 3.1. This is http://redmine.ogf.org/dmsf_files/13317 Language revised to make bitOrder more primitive than byteOrder - applies to all grammar regions. Also added implicit-aligning to byte boundary on a bit-order change. Erratum raised for the byteOrder changes, and a new revision of
draft-gwde-dfdl-experience-1 created and posted.
Several minor editorial changes made to spec draft r21, please merge in.
The ToC needs regenerating (or editing) as the removal of bit order from
the new appendix has shuffled things up slightly.
Re-reviewed bit order document, added some new comments primarily
concerned with making sure that other parts of the spec are updated where
necessary (search for 2014-08-06). I think we are close, but would
appreciate other WG members reviewing also.

I have added your changes to spec version r21 into r22 that I am preparing.
The changes to the bit order document are bigger, so I have posted v3.2 of
it which addresses your comments on it. (on redmine)
I have shortened the "Additional Suggested DFDL Features to Simplify
Modeling of MIL-STD-2045" memo (on redmine) to incorporates simplifications
(actually to remove some suggested needs) and incorporate the
stop-indicator approach (all from email: Review of draft-gwdi-mil-std-2
045-additional-features email of July 28.)
