[dfdl-wg] Comments on DFDL draft spec

The draft is a big step forward for DFDL. Here are the initial comments from the IBM Hursley team. We have not reviewed all the Appendices yet, including the detailed properties list, but I am on a course all this week so I think it makes sense to send what we have so far to the group.
