[cddlm] Interim draft of deploy API

I said I'd have something out this week, this is as far as I got. Attached as PDF and the raw openoffice doc, a doc that is in CVS in our deployment project on sourceforge. This is for comment; there a lots of unfinished stuff, not least the detail on every property/operation, detail which can come as I code the WSDL. Note the big section on faults; I've bounced a query over to the ogsa architects on what constitutes appropriate use of WS-BF, how to wrap SOAPFaults and the like. So that may change. I may get told off for my very relaxed "everything is a DeploymentFault" design, but it gives the most forward flexibility, in my opinion. -steve
