Folks, Attached is the revised charter draft to be submitted to the area directors after being reviewed here. A lot of improvements and clarification are there as well as newly inviting Mr. Thomas Studwell from IBM as a co-chair. Please take a look at it and give us your idea about it. I'm expecting this to be the final review of this draft. Have fun! Regards, Keisuke Fukui

Fukui-san, the only correction I have is a misspelling of "liaison" in the last line of the second paragraph of section entitled "Any other relevant information ". Other than that it looks good to me. Thomas W. Hi all, In general, your revised charter is fine with me. I know it is backseat driving but I've done nits picking once again :-) Have a look into the attached file. Andrew, Mark: As Ravi and I said at the previous OGSA EMS call, your concept "Actor Descriptor" is almost the same as this Application Contents Service (ACS). If you want to join defining this important service from the square one at ACS-WG, please tell Keisuke to put your names in the charter proposal. Thanks, ---- Hiro Kishimoto

Folks, Thanks for all the comments. I have reflected all of them. Please verify the modification in response to them. I have also made a modification for the last paragraph for Focus/Purpose section since it seemed to be messed up after revisions. I'm hoping for submitting this to area directors within this week to catch the last GFSG ops call this year. I'll wait for additional comments until then. Please send your comments ASAP. Regards, Keisuke Fukui

Hi Keisuke, It looks very good. # You may be aware that some yellow markers are left unremoved :-) Sachiko Wada At Wed, 08 Dec 2004 15:08:35 +0900, Keisuke Fukui wrote:

Tom, Pete and folks, Attached will be the final version if everyone is OK with it. I have removed yellow markings. I can send this to the area directors tomorrow as I noted yesterday. This is the final call. By the way, in studying the GGF processes, I realized the below slides gave me good suggestions. So I'd like share the info with you, Tom and Pete, if you are not aware of them: http://www.ggf.org/L_WG/Helpful_Tips/ggf_new_chair_Training.ppt (the first link in the page http://www.ggf.org/L_WG/WG-RG_Help_Tips.htm ) Regards, Keisuke Fukui Keisuke Fukui wrote:

Folks, I have updated last paragraph of the overlapping section titled as: Do the group’s activities overlap inappropriately with those of another GGF group or to a group active in another organization such as IETF or W3C? I also touched up some words, to make the MS word spell checker happy:-P Regards, Keisuke Fukui Keisuke Fukui wrote:
