the only correction I have is a misspelling of "liaison" in the last line of the second paragraph of section entitled "Any other relevant information".

Other than that it looks good to me.

Attached is the revised charter draft to be submitted to the area
directors after being reviewed here. A lot of improvements and
clarification are there as well as newly inviting Mr. Thomas Studwell
