'Cloud Interoperability Requirements' or CIR is a list seeking hard details of use cases of how cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, BPaaS etc) are used by a variety of folks - from the scientists at one end of the spectrum to the Small and Medium Enterprises at the other end. More so in the context of multiple cloud services and hybrid models
