The Call for Session Proposals is still open, but will close shortly so that we can publish the agenda as promised in mid-February limited in accuracy ONLY by receipt of accurate session proposal requests from each of the community and working groups. Note that videoconferencing and network connections can be provided for your session to encourage those from other locations to participate, but ONLY upon request IN ADVANCE to the session organizers (see below). The organizers also invite software teams to demonstrate cloud and grid infrastructures, software systems, and applications at OGF 37. These 75-minute demonstrations will be held concurrently on Tuesday, March 12. During the demonstration period, each team will give its presentation three times, with a 5 minute break between sessions. Participants may attend demonstrations of their choice in each of these intervals, moving between them at will. Each demonstration team will be provided with a conference room, projection system, Ethernet, and Polycom phone system if needed. To apply for a demonstration slot, please send a half-page abstract by February 15, 2013 to glc2z@virginia.edu . The abstract should state the topic the demonstration addresses clearly, along with any OGF standards that are supported, if and as appropriate, and what attendees can expect to learn.
