Antonioletti Abstract: The Open Grid Services Architecture (OGSA) presents a vision of a broadly applicable and adopted framework for distributed system integration, virtualization, and management. OGSA provides several capabilities, one of which is data management. This document, produced by the OGSA Data Working Group within the Open Grid Forum (OGF), gives a high-level description of the interfaces, behaviors, and bindings for manipulating data within the broader OGSA architecture. The functionality described covers the storage, movement, access, replication, caching and federation of files and databases.
