[Usecase-workshop] Remote Instrumentation use case

Dear Steven, Andrew, Hiro and Ellen, RISGE-RG convened yesterday and finalized the use case submitted for the OGSA workshop of Monday-Tuesday. You can find it attached to this email. The only problem is that probably, neither Marcin nor myself can attend the workshop via dial-in, so there is a chance that you will have to go through the presentation on your own (although we *will* try for at least one of the two to connect).
