Before the OGF 39 that will be co-hosted with EGI TF 2013 from the 16th to the 18th of September we could have a phone meeting to discuss what we plan to do for the upcoming future. I have started a Doodle here:

Everyone that wishes to attend please cast his/her preferences. During the phone we can discuss future plans and then, after OGF, resume the biweekly phone. No UR-WG session has been requested but I will be around in Madrid both for the EGI TF and OGF. If someone is around and would like to discuss face to face I would happy to do so.
