I have updated the homepage for UR-WG to put the XML specificaiton document at the top of hte document list, and noted that the survey and natural language documents are now obsolete. Do you mean the document entitled "Usage Record - Format Recommendation" at the URL: http://www.psc.edu/~lfm/Grid/UR-WG/UR-WG-Spec.doc

This is the document that the "current version" link of the "XML specification" points to. Confusingly, its the "Natural Languade Document" that's described as being in last call.
