Queue
- Is this a queue of a grid scheduler (broker) or the execution queue
of the local batch system? Has to be clarified. Actually, both can be
interesting in an accounting record.
Evaluation: Because the record is reporting usage at the job
level, this is the local batch queue. Resource context should be added to
the record, though, to allow resource providers to report usage more
unambiguously.
