Appendix
B lists the "Common Usage Record Properties"; it is not clear
what is the purpose of this incomplete table? Many of the base
properties are not listed in the table (e.g. RecordIdentity, GlobalJobID,
LocalJobID, LocalUserID, GlobalUserId, etc..)
Evaluation: Appendices A and B will be dropped. They are
artifacts of the document?s development, but do not add materially to its
content or comprehension.
