[UR-WG] extending Usage Records

Hi everyone, are there possibilities for extending usage records with xml-elements, e.g. ... <ur:resource ur:description="jsdl"> <jsdl:JobDescription> <jsdl:Application> <jsdl:ApplicationName>/bin/true</jsdl:ApplicationName> </p:Application> </jsdl:JobDescription> </ur:resource> ...
