The
term "unique" is used rather ambiguously in several places in
the draft. Most of the time it is not specified on which level the
uniqueness is required. An example: page 12 Section 4: "Each
occurrence of the Host property should contain a unique value".
Unique within a cluster, a site, a Grid or globally unique?
Evaluation: Needs clarification: Unique across what context? Be
careful about scope of context.
