Start with what has been done in EMI and in INFN
EMI StaR:
- implementation has started already
- timeline: plan in October, in production April 2013

Question about available space:��
- Not covered in UR
- Not part of usage record, but why is StAR accounting record
- John G. asks for capacity record - or some semantics stating which records are addable and which are not

TimeDuration vs. ValidDuration
- ValidDuration (used in StAR) tells when record expires
- TimeDuration (used by INFN) tells time since last measurement
Comments:
- ValidDuration and TimeDuration belongs to monitoring, not to UR

How to have more resources in one record definition
- one empty record which can be filled with resource-specific

Action: Go on with one definition, find a way to add the resource

If StAR is a UR why is it called accounting record?
- Historical reasons (StUR wouldn't look nice).

What should go into UR2.0
- Work ongoing in EGI for accounting VMs, application use and MPI, should be taken into account
- Work ongoing in EMI in compute accounting

Regular meetings
- To speed up the UR2.0 work it could be good to have regular meetings
- Will try to have biweekly telcons
- Should start as soon as possible (mid-October)
