Bob - I would direct Steve to submit this to jobs@gridtoday.com, which is specifically for postings for the global grid community. OGF itself doesn't list jobs, though perhaps we could debate if it should in the future. To me it makes most sense to utilize a service that is already established, such as the one from GridToday.
