=Preparing Manuscript=
All manuscript submissions must be made in electronic format, e.g., PDF format (preferred) or MS Word. Manuscripts should follow the formatting of the sample manuscript and reference.
· You can download them from here:
Download our manuscript format: http://hcisj.com/images/HCIS_Template.docx
· Submit your manuscript http://www.confmanager.net/hcistemporary/index.php
This submission system is temporarily in operation. When our official submission system (Clarivate's ScholarOne Manuscript) is completed, all records from the temporary system are moved to the official system.
*The policy of HCIS and APC types are newly changed. *
We approved a new policy concerning the page limits, i.e., up to 13 pages are basic APC (including text, figures, and tables, as well as optional authors' biographies and photographs) and up to additional 3 pages are allowed with the extra page charge of $100 per page.
However, for the authors who have submitted in 2020 (via Springer-HCIS system), the overcharge will be 50% off per page.

==Description for changing the publisher==
As posted on HCIS's website (https://hcis-journal.springeropen.com), we have terminated contracts with Springer, who has worked with us for the past ten years, as of December 31, 2020.
All of HCIS's articles over the past decade will continue to be serviced on an existing Springer's HCIS Journal homepage. (https://hcis-journal.springeropen.com/)
We have a new contract with Clarivate (https://clarivate.com/) and are currently setting a new homepage and a manuscript submission system (ScholarOne Manuscript).
The homepage is currently open (http://www.hcisjournal.com), and the manuscript submission system will officially open in mid-January 2021. Once the ScholarOne Manuscript is completed, all the records will be transferred there.
Therefore, we will temporarily use the KIPS-conference manager system (http://www.confmanager.net/hcistemporary/) as a submission system until then to ensure that your review process continues normally.
To do this, we will move information about the papers you previously submitted to Springer's Editorial Manager and the editors and reviewers we allocated to the temporary system.
As soon as this work is completed, we will send you the information to check your manuscript information in the temporary submission system again.
The new publisher of HCIS: KIPS-CSWRG
