Hi everyone, I intend to use JSAGA using SSH adaptor to run jobs in a Grid. For testing purposes, I am using my own machine to submit and run jobs. for eg,the command 'jsaga-job-run.sh -Executable /bin/date -r local://localhost#SSH' runs successfully and executes 'date' command and displays the result. However when I use the command jsaga-job-run.sh -Output output.txt -Executable /bin/date -r local://localhost#SSH -b to store the output of 'date' command in a file output.txt. No such file is created after completion of the job. Please help Thanks in advance Lokendra Singh The INTERNET now has a personality. YOURS! See your Yahoo! Homepage. http://in.yahoo.com/
Hi Lokendra, I have just created a forum for JSAGA users (https://forge.in2p3.fr/projects/jsaga/boards). Please register to the forge (https://forge.in2p3.fr/account/register) for project "JSaga", and ask your next questions about JSAGA implementation-specific problems on this forum. "local" does not invoke the SSH adaptor, but the local job submission adaptor. These two adaptors currently do not support batch mode, so you can only use them in interactive mode. Someone (a JSAGA user) is currently looking at the SSH adaptor in order to enable batch mode with it. Regards, Sylvain Reynaud Lokendra S a écrit :
