Hi Andre, If these are not case in stone, would it be possible to have the first session on the Monday as it is a "lighter-day" in terms of other activities/session, and thus the chance of a conflict is lower. we have now two sessions scheduled for OGF27, tentatively at:
Wednesday, October 14, 2:45 pm - 4:15 pm, Room TCPL 201 Thursday, October 15, 10:30 am - 12:00 pm, Room PDC 103
Please let me know if those slots raise any conflicts for you. I'll circulate the agendas in a couple of days - proposals for agenda items are still welcome!
