Hi folx, I stumbled over the following article twice in the last weeks, read it twice actually, and found it really worth the time. http://www.acmqueue.com/modules.php?name=Content&pa=showpage&pid=396 If you don't have the patience to read 4 pages online, I recommend the sections 'Procedural Issues' on page 3, and 'Lessons learned' (page 4).
