[saga-rg] New chairs

Hi, we started the group with three chairs - myself, Stephen Pickles, and Keith Jackson - last year Stephen Pickles stepped down due to other commitments, and similarly last week Keith stepped down. We discussed this at a session in GGF yesterday, and are proposing to select Shantenu Jha and Andre Merzky to fill the vacant positions. If you have any objections or alternative candidates, please post them to the this list as soon as possible; failing objections I will inform the organisation of the new chairs during the week of the 11th of July.
