[SAGA-RG] Emailing: saga_sd.dvi

<<saga_sd.dvi>> Hi, I attach an update of the proposed SAGA Service Discovery spec. It is now a little simpler with the change to the core API that no longer insists upon default values for attributes. I have also identified the version of the GLUE spec upon which it is based. We have an implementation but we do have some concern with the design of the C++ adapters that we will discuss this week. Steve
