Just an add-on to the last point by Etienne: So far I was most satisfied with DFN: I experienced good soundquality without any noticeable breaks, I could read the chat and watch the screenshare all at the same time without having to install anything, it is OS independent. The list of all users seemed complete. Now I even bought an office microphone... I don't quite understand why it was classified as moderate by Morris. To me at least it looked like a rather good solution. I'll be on vacation next week so I unfortunately won't be able to join the next meeting to test another fancy telco system. ;-) Cheers, Michaela Johannes Watzl skrev:

Hi Michaela, for me the DFN system was also working without problems in different operating systems. For me DFN would be fine. Best, Johannes Am 15.07.2010 17:17, schrieb Michaela Lechner:

Johannes and Michaela, GoToMeeting voice sharing had bad quality, and User interface is poor. I fully agree with Michaela : DFN has acceptable sound quality and good user interface. Therefore, I propose to revert to DFN. Hi,
-- I don't quite understand why it was classified as moderate by Morris.
In fact some members stated in the past that they have 'moderate' problems with it, but reading the e-mail thread it seems like DFN is better than I stated. I see no problem then in continuing with the DFN system. Thanks for the feedback! Take care, Morris
