Here are some words that may (or may not) help with the glossary discussion on the "manage*" terms ....

Manage - The administrative process of deploying, configuring, monitoring, metering, tuning, and / or troubleshooting resources. Manageability - The ability to be managed. Manageability interface - The interface through which a manageable resource is managed. Manageable entity (drop) Manager - Software that manages manageable resources. A manager may or may not require a human operator to perform its tasks. ---- Hiro Kishimoto
