Hi all, The following is the May F2F information by Steve McGough. I got his email before the Monday call but overlooked. Sorry Steve.

The actual room at Imperial is in flux at the moment as we are having renevation work done to our new office space. Once I've got an exact room I shall provide full information on it and how to get there. I've attached the pdf I sent out for the JSDL f2f to give you an idea of what to expect.

As for accomodation: Hotels can be booked through the university conference office http://www.imperialcollege-conferencelink.com/

They list hotels by walking distance from the campus and quality. They apparently arrange discount on prices.

To get to the list of hotels click the South Kensington link at the top and then select Hotel Directory.

The Campus is South Kensington. I'm sure you can figure out the other options.
