Hi F2F meeting attendees, We've booked meeting room at Westin O'Hare for upcoming F2F meeting. The hotel also has booked guest room reservation at $125/night. The rooms are set up as Individual pays own, so you will just need to present a credit card upon check-in. Attached file has two tables showing who stays which night. Table 1 has newly made reservations based on your travel plan. If you want to change or cancel, please let me know. Since this is made by event office, reservation desk cannot change it.
