I seem to recall that there was an action item (on me) from the August 10 telecon relating to review and updating of the EMS scenario document. It's important that we don't lose track of these things... Donal.

Hi Donal, Yes, you are right, there is an action item with your name (that you volunteered for and I am very appreciative---"one volunteer is as good as 10 pressed men" as one of my teachers liked to say) but the minutes from Aug 10 are not ready yet. I'm still waiting for the notes from the first hour of the call. I'll update the action list just in case.... Donal K. Fellows wrote:

Donal.

Donal's email motivated me to put the existing action list on the wiki. (This might make it easier to refer to and for other people--besides Hiro--to maintain.) https://forge.gridforum.org/sf/wiki/do/viewPage/projects.ogsa-wg/wiki/Action... or http://tinyurl.com/pzqs2 (This wiki page is not intended to replace trackers! Trackers record issues on documents.)

Hi Andreas, Maintaining action items on wiki page is great idea. I like it. I think resolution page, which keeps all closed AIs with date, is also useful. I will create such page when I close some of AIs. May I ask note taker to add new action items to this page when draft minutes is published? Since each wiki page has short URL, I prefer this URL than tinyurl. https://forge.gridforum.org/sf/go/wiki1569?nav=1 Thanks, ---- Hiro Kishimoto Andreas Savva wrote:

As agreed in the past, the note taker's job finishes with uploading the minutes. It is the Chair's job to track actions and formulate agendas. 8-) Andreas Hiro Kishimoto wrote:
