Andreas: Please update minutes from Jan. 15 that we can distribute Heather's slides.
The minutes are a record of what was discussed at the time. So I don't think that changing the Jan.15 minutes is appropriate. Updating the Jan.18 minutes as Michel did (noting that this was confirmed after the call) is ok. Andreas Michel Drescher wrote:
