[ogsa-wg] Note Taker Proposal

Hi all, At the last F2F meeting in Sunnyvale, we've tried and succeed on new note taking system. Based on this experiment, we agreed propose new system to our tele-conference as well. In order to share note taking work, take a turn for each one hour slot. Designate from atop of OGSA-WG member list based on the following algorism: - You are exempt if you lead that session. - You are exempt if you pick another slot for note taking. - You are exempt if you are not on the call. - When you accept, your name move to the bottom of the list. - Guest and newbie will join observer list at first.
