[ogsa-wg] OGSA architecture and glossary 1.5 public comment

Hi all, As you may already know, both OGSA architecture and glossary 1.5 are now under public comment review. These document are revised version of previous 1.0 and incorporating recent developments including OGSA profile, OGSA-data, naming, etc. They are so-called our "base document."
