April 20-23, 2020 (Technically Co-Sponsored by IEEE France Section) *SECEI 2020 CFP* The digital world is expanding rapidly and advances in new computing platforms such as Cloud, Edge, Fog and IoT computing. All of which are pushing to adapt and to migrate to from legacy computing paradigms to the new ones. Enterprises earnestly contemplate how to migrate its software application to gain their enormous benefits which include on-demand availability of resources, reducing the operational cost, better resources utilization and easier management requirements. They are looking for methodologies that accelerate migrating their software application towards modern computing in effective cost and time. The challenges behind migrating existing software applications varies depending on the architectures of these applications and the targeted computing platforms. These changes lay behind of software architecture migration, data migrating, manage data offloading, software packaging and virtualization, and automating application deployment. The International Symposium on Software Engineering for Cloud, Edge and Internet of Things Systems (SECEI 2020) is aiming to invite researchers from both the academia and the industry to present their state-of-the-art research efforts and findings and to open the doors for discussion about how to contribute of the advancement of this important research field. The topics of interest of the workshop include, but are not limited to: * Cloud, Edge, Fog and IoT software architected migration. * Cloud, Edge, Fog and IoT software refactoring. * Software workflow mining. * Software orchestration mining. * Software virtualization. * Software warping. * Software packaging * Cloud, Edge, Fog and IoT transformation models. * Cloud, Edge, Fog and IoT software quality models. * Case studies *Submission* Papers selected for presentation will appear in the SECEI and SDS Proceedings, which will be submitted to IEEE Xplore for inclusion. Papers must be 6 pages max in IEEE format, 10pt font using the IEEE 8.5" x 11" two-column format, single space, A4 format. All papers should be in PDF format, and submitted electronically at Paper Submission Link. A full paper must not exceed the stated length (including all figures, tables and references). Submitted papers must present original unpublished research that is not currently under review for any other conference or journal. Papers not following these guidelines may be rejected without review. Also submissions received after the due date, exceeding length limit, or not appropriately structured may also not be considered.
