[ogsa-wg] Grid Command Line interfaces

At the discussion in the workshop today we discussed defining a command line interface to interact with the HPCBP/BES service. Oxana pointes us to these tools generated by Nordu Grid.

I meant the NorduGrid's ARC CLI and API. The "classic" pre-BES CLI and API are documented here:
