Also, in order to improve the productivity, the following guideline is agreed at the F2F meeting.
- Proposed agenda will be posted at least 48 hours in advance. - Meeting materials will be posted either mailing list or gridForge at least 24 hours in advance by each topic owner. - If enough materials do not become available 24 hour deadline, WG co-chairs have authority to cancel upcoming telecon. In such cases, co-chairs notify immediately.
