On the call yesterday I mentioned that SysML, a UML Profile focused on systems engineering might be interesting.  Upon investigation it appears too focused on hardware systems (automotive and such like) to be useful for the reference model work.  I thought they might mean systems engineering in the sense of data center and computer systems engineering (extending beyond software).  It does not seem to.
