3) OGSA next step discussion (60 min)
         Since we will complete key deliverables at GGF14, it is time
         to list up, prioritize, and choose next work item(s) of
         OGSA-WG for '05H2 and '06.
         Hiro will send out first-cut laundry list as starting point.
