I have created a new tracker for issues relating to the OGSA profile template document.(http://tinyurl.com/5fxfd/draft-ggf-ogsa-profile-template/en/) The new tracker is called "Profile template" https://forge.gridforum.org/tracker/index.php?func=browse&group_id=42&atid=787 and is set to send mail to the list on new artifact submissions only.
