Hi Stuart, At the joint CDDLM-WG & OGSA-WG call on Wednesday, I took an action item to give editable EMS scenario #3 sequence diagram file written by Mike to you. I've check Mike's email and I found he uses JUDE, free UML modeling tool, instead of VISIO. Please find his editable file attached.
