v22 of the OGSA Roadmap document, with all known issues

This is the last
call for comments before submission to the GGF Editor for publication. If
you have comments, please get them to me by 10 am US Eastern time on Friday,
September 16th. If there are no significant comments I plan to submit the
document on Friday afternoon.
