[ogsa-wg] OGSA F2F Nov 10 is starting at 1pm eastern

Folks, I'm sending this for Hiro..... We will be starting the Nov 10 afternoon at 1pm (instead of 1:30pm) eastern. We encourage Chris Jordan to dial in at 1pm....if he can't we'll start with the futures discussion and then switch to Chri's roadmap discussion when he dials in. Ellen
