This looks very good. I wouldn’t change any of the “words” in
the slides.
I've added these words to our living charter. They should appear
as a part of "group description" on WG GridForge page shortly.

I’m wondering if there need to be some words on OGSA compliance (for
those claiming such thing), or maybe that’s for another day....
I think compliance is one of our future works.

I had an action to create some text for use in clarifying the
    relationship between OGF and OGSA. Here are the slides (including
    these words) that we settled on in the meeting today. There is a
    suggestion that we add these words to the OGSA charter page, include
    them in the OGSA primer, and pass them to the OGF marketing function
    for use in their messaging.
