[ogsa-wg] No RM teleconference on November 1st

      Hi,

     First of all, given that we are using the teleconferences of the
OGSA-WG itself to discuss information modeling, the RM design team
teleconferences are now in an "off-by-default" mode, i.e., if no
announcement is posted then there won't be a teleconference.
     So, I didn't really need to post this announcement that we won't
have a teleconference tomorrow, but I'm sending it just in case (for the
last time...).
