Revised ISV Remote Computing Primer - Final Call

The public comment period for this document is over. Three comments were received: 1. Inaccurate information relating to gLite standards support. --> This has been corrected. 2. Support for REST in job submission. --> This document is a primer based upon existing specifications. None of the specifications considered have a REST like interface. This is therefore out of scope of this document. 3. Improving the DRMAA section (3.2) --> Correction in 3.2 to the shared file system statement. In section 3.2.2 for the need for the DRMAA library being needed across the cluster is clarified. The role of DRMAA within higher level APIs such as SAGA is described. SLA examples

Dear Colleagues, I was wondering if you have examples of: 1. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that you have come across in any format. 2. If you have SLAs that have arisen from your own research/development projects that you are willing to share. 3. If you have SLAs that are encoded in WS-Agreement or some other commonly used specification. I would like to create a repository of these, and will be making this generally accessible. Invitation to OGSA Info Services session

The OGSA working group would like to invite all members of the OGSA Resource Selection Services and GLUE working groups to attend the session at OGF24 on Information Services. Right now, it is scheduled for the first session on Monday morning, but that might change (there's a clash with the RSS session, which we're going to try to get Joel to sort out) so check for yourselves when things are closer to the time.
